What We Do

QuickStudio is an all-in-one management platform for private music studios, dance schools, tutoring practices, and coaching businesses. We handle the operational side of running a studio so operators can focus on teaching.

• Scheduling — lesson plans, recurring sessions, room and teacher assignments
• Billing — automated invoicing, online payment collection via Stripe, payment tracking
• Communication — SMS and email notifications, session reminders, studio announcements
• Student management — enrollment, attendance, progress notes, guardian relationships
• Multi-role access — dedicated views for managers, teachers, guardians, students, and payers

Who We Are

QuickStudio was founded by Edward Wagner in Glen Rock, New Jersey. The idea came from firsthand experience — his wife runs a private music studio and was managing everything with spreadsheets, text messages, and paper sign-in sheets.

We built the software we wished existed: simple enough for a solo operator, powerful enough to grow with the business. QuickStudio is not a product built in a vacuum — it's shaped daily by a real studio operator with real students, real parents, and real scheduling headaches.
